Nicola graduated from Kings College London with an MSc in nutrition and post graduate Diploma in Dietetics. She also works in the NHS as a Senior Community Specialist Dietitian. Nicola is particularly interested in weight management and has a strong passion to help clients achieve realistic weight loss goals and improve their diet and enhance their health.

The titles: Osteopath, Physiotherapist, Podiatrist, Chiropodist and Dietitian are protected by law and it is an offence for anyone to use these titles dishonestly. All of our therapists are registered with the Health Professions Council (Physiotherapist, Podiatrist/Chiropodist and Dietitian) or the General Osteopathic Council (Osteopath). Our Sports Therapists are registered with the Federation of Holistic Therapists.
